SOL Danish Blu is a Danish blue cheese that has PGI (protected geographical indication) status. Its consistency is creamy, fatty and sliceable. The flavour is mild, piquant and full of tones.
Danish Blu 60+ can be used on pizzas, in stews and blue cheese sauces etc. and is also well-suited to a cheese platter. It can also be stirred into milk or cream and used as a dip.
