SOL Danish Blu is a Danish blue cheese that has PGI (protected geographical indication) status. Its consistency is creamy, fatty and sliceable. The flavour is rounded, piquant and full of tones.

Danish Blu 50+ can be crumbled and used as a filling in salads, stews, blue cheese sauces etc. and is also well-suited to a cheese platter. It can also be stirred into milk or cream and used as a dip.
